Chiropractic Care We provide high quality, high-tech exceptional chiropractic care. Our approach is holistic and wellness minded. We use proven, effective chiropractic techniques for your adjustments. Our adjustments are gentle and specific and progressively renew and restore your body's innate state of excellent health. Techniques used in our office are Thompson Drop (moderate force adjustments with a segmental drop table), Activator (adjusting instrument to give consistent low-force, high-speed chiropractic adjustments) and Diversified/ Manual (slightly more assertive adjustment techniques made with specific hands-on movements). Adjunctive Care Dr. Denniston may also use specific soft tissue massage, extremity adjustments, Cranial Sacral Technique, and Active Release technique to support your spinal adjustments. You may be evaluated for orthotics to create a better effectiveness of your spinal care. You may have heat/ice applied therapeutically, and you will be "coached" during most visits. Coaching may include exercises, stretches, nutrition, breathing methods, stress relieving techniques and reading assignments. We believe in teaming with you on your health goals and making you an active participant in achieving those goals. Massage Therapy Kreidel Therapeutic Massage offers many types of professional massage therapy, including deep tissue, relaxation, and pregnancy massage. There are flexible hours offered Monday through Saturday. Kim Kreidel is a registered Doula and is certified in massage support for pregnant and laboring mothers. A Special Place for Children Kids are always welcome at Lifetime Wellness Chiropractic! We have a kid-friendly staff and a kid's room to entertain your children before and after their adjustments or yours. Pediatrics Dr. Denniston and staff at Lifetime Wellness Chiropractic both have a passion and love for children. They work with all children from newborns to teenagers. Dr. Denniston holds a pediatric and pregnancy certification and a certification in the Webster Technique, an effective approach to address in-uterine constraint (potentially breech or abnormal lie). Dr. Deam is working her way through a two year pediatric chiropractic program. You should feel very comfortable with your family in the hands of Dr. Denniston and staff at LWC. Additional Specialties In addition to pediatrics, Dr. Denniston focuses on true wellness care.
